Getting to Morocco
All surf trips start from Agadir. To get here you can either fly direct into Agadir airport, which is well served by budget airlines from across Europe, or you can fly into Marrakech, which has a greater range of direct flights. We recommend using Sky Scanner to find the best flight options.
Travelling from Marrakech to Agadir
Getting to Agadir from Marrakech is easy. You can either get a taxi (which we will arrange) or you can jump on the bus.
A taxi costs 1000DH (about €100) travel time is about two and a half hours and up to four people can travel in a taxi.
The bus costs 100DH (about €10) and travel time is about three and a half hours. On arrival in Marrakech take a petit taxi from the airport to the bus station where the buses depart roughly every two hours. The two main bus companies are Supratours and CTM. The buses are clean, efficient and air conditioned and we’ll be there to meet you at the bus station in Agadir.
Transfers to and from Agadir airport and bus station are included in all packages.
Marrakech airport transfers are included for groups of four people minimum.
If you have a EU, US, Canada, AUS or NZ Passport then, so long as your visit is for no more than ninety days a visa is not needed. Your passport must be valid for three months from the date of entry into Morocco.
South Africans will need a visa – you can get this from your nearest Moroccan Embassy.
On arrival in Morocco all visitors will have to fill out a landing card with the address at which you’re staying:
